We will use PurpleBricks to value and advertise your property & conduct tenant referencing. You will pay no commission on this or any other fees. We will then provide our own legally binding Tenancy Agreement for £50
Purchase stand alone inspection & inventories or packages. Inspections and inventories can be used on any number of houses and are valid for up to two years from date of purchase.
We will provide a competitive guaranteed quote & timeframe, so you can budget and plan. If we go over budget or time, then it comes out of our pocket, not yours!
